Ko Ngāti Tūwharetoa te iwi

Ko Ngati Hinemihi te hapu

Ko Kauriki te marae

I lead our vibrant Taku Wairua Kura Team as we aim to inspire as many young people across the Waikato. I’m dedicated to the mahi but also love a good laugh. Outside of work I enjoy whanau time & sports when not nursing an injury.

Fabian - Kura Programme Manager

Kia ora, my name is Wiri. I am 25 years old and very proud to be Māori. I grew up in P Naughty, also known as Palmerston North, before completing my schooling here in Kirikiriroa. I love sports, music, and anything involving competition. My red flag is that I'm way too competitive, but my green flag is that I love to see others win, and it's even better if I can help them achieve their goals.

Wiri - Kura Lead Facilitator

Hey I’m Ryleigh. I have always wanted to work with children and jumped at the chance when offered the opportunity as an Assist Facilitator at Taku Wairua. I attended Hamilton Girls High School and learnt many values that relate a lot with the Taku Wairua programme. In my spare time I enjoy listening to music and hanging with friends.
